The person in this role will be responsible for Epiroc Mongolia`s strategy of delivering specific learning experiences focused on professional and technical competence development. She will partner closely with Epiroc University, local management team and external partners to ensure training programs meet business relevancy and competence development needs. The tasks include planning, coordinating, implementing, delivering, and assessing training and development programs to support attainment of company`s mission, vision, values and the People & Leadership strategy.
