Learning and Development Specialist

Гүйцэтгэх үндсэн үүрэг

  • In line with company competence development strategy support, coordinate, facilitate external and internal training portfolio including technical and non-technical trainings
  • Work closely with the Technical training and SHEQ team by supporting them in performing Service level and Safety Awareness training activities, certifications
  • Create individual learning plans for everyone and continuously update, maintain, promote and closely follow up of training’s execution plan with support of their Line Managers
  • Create, lead, coordinate and run all training relevant promotion/communication activities by driving implementation and constant improvements of targeted training deliveries
  • Assess impact of the programs using well defined metrics. Conduct post-learning evaluation to understand success and improvement opportunities for the training programs. Generate training reports;
  • Source and manage a variety of external vendors or partnerships to support business unit learning programs; Prepare and manage contracts and expenses
  • Where needed, deliver train-the-trainer learning sessions as appropriate. Serve as a role model for excellent instructional facilitation and develop those capabilities in others
  • Drive new approaches to digital learning, with a focus on employee access to best content.
  • Ensure training hours meet Group standards, 40 hours average per employee per year
  • Provide professional support in terms of Competence Portal, Learning Management System (LMS) towards employees. Assign training to individuals and audiences
  • Always promote the positive attitude with the spirit of “You can learn anything”. Promote learning culture through system support, courses and classes, eLearnings, but also through collaborative platforms, through networking, through projects, mobility, exchangning information and experience with others
  • Support Communications and HR team with Employer branding actvities externally and internally
  • Support HR team in daily activities

Ажлын байранд тавигдах шаардлага

  • University degree 
  • 3 and more years of experience either in training design, learning experience, workshops facilitation, adult education, management/leadership development, human resources and talent management
  • Good communication, change management and project management skills
  • Mentoring, coaching and facilitation skills are a plus
  • Excellent English, other languages are a plus
  • A passion for training and competence development
  • Knowledge of the new technology and digital learning opportunities
  • Very strong program management; able to work in a highly collaborative team environment managing multiple priorities; managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well
  • Experience in mining OEM company will be plus
  • A self-starter with a drive to get things done

Нэмэлт мэдээлэл

The person in this role will be responsible for Epiroc Mongolia`s strategy of delivering specific learning experiences focused on professional and technical competence development. She will partner closely with Epiroc University, local management team and external partners to ensure training programs meet business relevancy and competence development needs. The tasks include planning, coordinating, implementing, delivering, and assessing training and development programs to support attainment of company`s mission, vision, values and the People & Leadership strategy.
