Under the guidance of the Guest Service Center Supervisor – You will be performing PABX functions in the hotel. You will accurately connect telephone calls and you are responsible for the efficient and smooth flow of calls to every department. You will need to provide the highest level of telecommunications service to both internal and external callers.
