To design of marketing strategies that will increase the public’s awareness of VFM
MFI’s products and services, assist in the development of marketing products, plans,
tools and techniques that boost VFM MFI’s market share.
The following knowledge, skills, and abilities may be acquired through a combination of formal schooling, self-education, prior experience, or on the job training:
University diploma in Social Sciences and/or Business Administration.
Positive and constructive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of correct behavior.
Knowledge in MS Office, data processing and Photoshop/Coreldesign applications.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mongolian and English.
Experience in organizing events.
Experience in managing printing works.
Ability to plan and manage own work and use time effectively.
Good analytical skills. Ability to produce reports based on operations and client data.
Excellent ability to produce high quality written reports, make presentations and write stories to stakeholders and media. Experience and proficiency in market research and product development is preferred.
Ability to work in a team and contribute to the team outcomes.
Willingness to travel to VFM Branches within Mongolia.
Ability to work effectively with an international team.
