Administrator/ Translator/Clerk - Temporary

Гүйцэтгэх үндсэн үүрэг

Main acivities:  Department. Prepare all documentation, reports and other information required. Duties includes carrying out assigned shop and operation improvement projects. Perform oral and written translations

  • Support and be involve in feedback and outcomes to create and more efficient practices, processes function maps, quality checklists and procedures.
  • Issue clear instructions and policies to Mining Department and WAE as directed by the Manager.
  • Assist the Manager in a secretarial and translation supports.
  • Administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office
  • Correlate with other departments and work closely with Mining Staffs, Supervisors, contractor’s employees and shop Technicians.
  • Translate English-Mongolian communication as required, ensuring that communications are clear and accurate.
  • Carry out other assignments, tasks and Projects assigned by Manager on the development
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics, including safekeeping and filing of documents.
  • Organizes workload of the Manager by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, agenda, conferences and travel.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Prepare all documentation, reports and other information required
  • Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining work order documents and records and assistance to product support service operations department

Ажлын байранд тавигдах шаардлага

  • Bachelor and higher degree on accounting, business administration, and/or translator

  • Business administration, translator, accountant
  • Experience as admin or translator for 1 year and more is an advantage
  • Advanced level of Spoken and Written English
  • Able to work as a roster schedule

  • Ability to implement the job individually and with the team, ability to learn, good organizational and communication skills, honest, knowledge required to complete appropriate task, problem solving skill, organizing skill to work at location specified by the employer, professional license to complete the task, and other requirements determined from the Employer.
