Main Activities: Responsible for Shop/Field Service administration tasks and working as a liaison between Supervisor, Manager, and Customer.
Submits and supplies regular reports and all Shop Service information based on gathered service data, such as but not limited to; KPIs, service performance.
Satisfies the customer’s requirement for status and condition
Responsible in communicating to Supervisors and Managers regarding job status
Monitor and track financial health of Service job operation at WO level, generate reports for profits by each WO, quote versus actual investments, i.e. labor, parts and miscellaneous.
Carry out other assignments and tasks assigned by Manager and General Manager related to operation and the development of the group;
Request materials and supplies purchases through Procurement
Maintain an actual vs budget spreadsheet based on the purchases made
Being able to provide the actual vs budget spreadsheet to the Manager and Director at any given time for all purchases
Maintain travel arrangements for technicians, booking air or train tickets, hotel and accommodations.
Ability to implement the job individually and with the team, ability to learn, good organizational and communication skills, honest, problem solving skill, organizing skill to work at location specified by the employer, professional license to complete the task, and other requirements determined from the Employer.
