1.Sales Management > Negotiate customer contract that is aligned with commercial, financial and distribution strategies.
2.Account Management Manage the commercial and business relationship with the accounts. Define/validate/implement a 1 to 3 years’ account strategy for each account. > Negotiate and validate the joint development plan within Michelin and with the account(s).
3.Operational Management > Regularly visit the account(s) and keep him/her up to date on the operational plan. > Track daily activities in support of the KAM indicators: # of visits, customer facing time. > Monitor credit risks.
1.Have Sales & Negotiation related experience, B2B sales experience is preferred;
2.Customer-focused, like field work;
3.Good ability both in English and Mandarin;
4.Have mining related experience is a plus.
5. Three years working experience on field
