Job Description

• Schedule meetings and appointments with business partners and suppliers and travel itineraries for relating to revision and approval of geological and ecological plans and reports.
• Communication with state institutions and local governments.
• Maintain contact with external legal counsel and external accounting company.
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic version of financial, legal, corporate and administrational documents.
• Maintain financial records of company expendables in administrational and geological fields.
• Developing and maintaining effective communications and relationships with local and foreign-based supervisions.
• Directing a field team while ensuring safety and high work performance of the contracted geological companies.
• Provide accurate and timely reports via weekly meeting.
• Prepare internal and external corporate documents.
• Assistance in the area of expats working in Ulaanbaatar and geological field of the company.
• Assist and fill in when required for the management of new locality implementation.
• Ensuring all labour hire agreements are adhered to for assistant workers and geological service companies.
• Other tasks and assignments as instructed by the Director.
• Planning and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and complete projects.
• Managing the office in Ulaanbaatar.

• Place of work in Ulaanbaatar with occasional business trip across Mongolia
• Date of entry into full-time employment not later than on 1 August 2024
• Starting monthly gross salary of MNT 2,750,000

Candidate skills

• Highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing effectively the workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of basic financial, operational and corporate matters.
• Ability to maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures.
• Management, supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
• Skilled in the use of personal assigned company computers and related software applications (MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Dropbox, on-line conference applications).
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality of the employees and company supervisions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of individuals and groups.
• Ability to perform work in good level of written and spoken English language.
• Czech or Slovak as a second language is an important advantage.
• Active holder of a driving license.
