Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and preparing responses to routine inquiries.
Manage the calendar to ensure meeting commitments are met
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Provide support to the administration
Prepare facilities for meetings
Maintain filing system
Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
Perform research on assigned projects
Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration, Marketing and International relations
Fluency in English and Mongolian Languages /graduated from a foreign university can be advantage/
Excellent English and Mongolian writing skills, including spelling and grammar
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality issues within department
Excellent skills and expertise with PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office
2-5 years of previous work experience in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to handle intense workload and meet deadlines
Ability to work well with people from different backgrounds
