Grandsmart LLC is looking to hire new Head of Sales who will be responsible for all sales activities/ managing the sales teams of project and retail sales for sanitary brand and mobile phones. You will be part of a management team and report to Managing Director.
Head of Sales Job Responsibilities:
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Head of Sales Job Duties:
- Developing sales target, making necessary evaluation related to KPI and actual achievements
- Maintaining and developing relationship with partners
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying projects and evaluating their value; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with projects/ companies; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service and sales by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.
