Build positive and sustainable relationships with local communities and stakeholders, including clients, partner organizations, and government, that further VFM’s mission;
Ensure good communication between VFM and internal and external stakeholders, including international stakeholders;
Research, develop and test relevant products and services to VFM’s target client groups;
Research local markets and support branch teams across our network to improve targeting and acquiring client groups.
Job Specifications, Standards, and Requirements
The following knowledge, skills, and abilities may be acquired through a combination of formal schooling, self-education, prior experience, or on the job training:
University diploma in Social Sciences and/or Business Administration;
Capability and willingness to take responsibility for projects and tasks, and work with internal and external partners to achieve desired outcomes;
Experience and proficiency in market research and product development;
Experience in managing vendors (particularly printing, design, and similar);
Ability to work in a team and contribute to the team outcomes;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mongolian and English;
Ability to plan and manage own work and use time effectively;
Good analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze internal and external data and produce informative reports;
Knowledge in MS Office, data processing and design applications;
Positive and constructive attitude;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Willingness to travel to VFM Branches within Mongolia;
Ability to work effectively with an international team;
Commitment to the Core Values and the Mission Statement of VisionFund Mongolia.
