To provide legal advice and information to the organization in the framework of the legislation
To review contractual arrangements related to the company and to comply with these agreements, agreements and legislation in Mongolia and internationally
To protect the company's legitimate interests

Duties & Responsibilities:
Schedule executive meetings and travel plans
Assist executives in meetings, preparing documents and presentations
Conduct market research and updating executive about appoints with various clients
Make sure all the reports and data files are arranged in a perfect manner so as to avoid any inconvenience in business matters
Prepare internal employee Executive Orders
Track Purchase Order number and list, prepare Purchase Order when required
Prepare Invoice Request forms when required
Ensure all incoming invoices have been submitted to the Accounts Department
Provide translation from and to Mongolian and English when required
Ensure supplies in the kitchen, restrooms, board room, first aid kit and stationary
Manage the storage room to ensure stock and tidiness
Assist set up new emails, laptops, phones, business cards, skype, LinkedIn and stationary for new employees.

Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
