QAQC Inspector - EIC

Primary responsibility: Perform inspections and activities as set forth by the Quality superintendent(s) To Monitor the onsite, Surface and Underground, Electrical, instrumentation and controls, to ensure conformance to the relevant standards and specification as detailed within the contractor works as per design requirements construction verification to project Standards and specification in relation to Electrical, Instrumentation, controls to verify and assist with the review of MDR through to construction practicable completions Operational responsibility: Assists the Quality Superintendent(s) for monitoring Contractor's implementation of the EPCM and Contractor Quality Control plan Verification of work in accordance with Inspection and test plans, project specification and contract documents Raise any non-conformances through NCR and SRV reports and assist the Quality Superintendent for investigations to identify root cause analysis and follow through to corrective action implementation Reporting highlighting issues and concerns regarding the testing Perform on-site compliance inspection and monitoring for conformance to Electrical/Instrumentation and Controls specifications and building codes Attend and participate in progress Meetings as set forth by the Quality superintendent Complete daily report(s) referencing contractor’s activities where quality inspections were completed. And within reports identify issues/concerns Witness and review testing of equipment and systems Timely completion of Quality Control documentations Verify the control and calibration of measuring and test equipment Performs audits, identify issues and ensure closure of issues identifiedPromotes and participates in lessons learnt initiative to provide positive feedback to the project team Participate Vendor site acceptance Testing

Design Engineer – EIC

Carry out the engineering design drawings and documents to hand over to the clients in accordance with project standards and procedures. Overseeing the equipment list in SPF up front data and populate the missing information and equipment tag number monitoring. Work on engineering handover activities as advised by team lead Support Commissioning team by providing necessary equipment list information when needed. Quality check equipment list items and populate missing items in import templates from SPF database under instruction from team lead. Regularly review the construction drawings for adequacy, completeness, interfaces etc. Report any deficiencies or shortcomings to supervisor. Preparation of enquiries for additional work, in particular the technical specification; Assist in commissioning duties as and when required; Resolve queries, issues, changes etc. requested by contractors and assist in ensuring a system is in place to highlight items involving a delayed response; Assist with ensuring changes from the Specifications and Drawings are managed in accordance with the Project Change Management Process and that all changes are authorised prior to execution and endeavour to record on revised Drawings, Specifications or in As-Built records; Coordinate with other Project Engineers to manage impact on other activities; Interface with Field staff on technical matters and support services. Check in detail all types of equipment numbers, cable lists and numbers, connection point numbers, etc. shown in the construction drawings in the project database (SPF, JPI, Orbit, etc.) reflect Assist the Project team with any matters as determined by the Lead Field Engineer or his delegate.  

Process Control Automation Engineer

The primary purpose of this role is: Commission the Automation and Control systems as per the design intent Provide Technical Support and training on project Automation and Control Systems Plan, Execute and Co-ordinate integrated commissioning activities associated with Site Acceptance Tests, Stage 3 No Load Tests, Stage 4 Load Tests, Operability Acceptance Criteria Validation as well as any other equipment or process performance testing as required by the project Assist the Process Control Automation Superintendents in developing and maintaining the systemisation Primary Responsibilities include: You will need to be able to deliver both direct and indirect co-ordination of Worley and contractor personal to ensure that all Commissioning testing is adequately planned and safely executed. Mentoring discipline frontline supervision and technicians to ensure that knowledge is shared to ensure quality outcomes are consistently delivered Ensuring that both Worley and Vendor SMEs are fully utilised in mentoring the discipline technicians Ensuring that all SME’s instructions or directions are adhered to and executed in a timely manner (discipline SMEs are here to provide you with the experience needed to fail-to-safe, and successfully execute complex tasks and coordinate technical investigations) Attend Factory Acceptance Tests as required by the project Ensure cross shift handovers are executed so that the incoming crew have accurate and relevant information to continue the discipline tasks with a minimum of schedule disruption Is responsible to support any ongoing maintenance activities until such time as the client accepts the handover of the commissioned asset.
