Under the supervision of the Country Director and Fundraising Manager of PIN Mongolia, the Digital Content Creator is required to produce high-quality digital content in English and Mongolia for the campaign, as well as other digital platforms. The Digital Content Creator will be expected to undertake the following main tasks:
Strategy and Discovery
Lead the conception and launch of innovative digital products and features, and enhance existing ones
Very collaborative and able to work with a remote and international team.
Partner with stakeholders and PIN HQ to a develop campaign strategy. Be the value-creator and enabler.
Understand what content could inspire/encourage national and international audiences to donate.
Engage closely with other stakeholders to ensure consistency and share best practices and contribute to the definition and execution of campaign digital engagement strategy.
Monitor and analyze website and social media campaign performance and reporting to make optimizations as necessary.
Support SEO (search engine optimization), content categorization, structure, development and distribution.
Oversee production and implementation of digital campaigns to support fundraising events and meetings.
Liaise with other social media managers at partner organizations to co-ordinate content, messaging and workflows.
Create and maintain a regular social media and content calendar and identify real time digital brand-building opportunities.
Curating, producing and presenting stories, images and videos into a variety of audiences and platforms.
Collect feedback and inputs from colleagues and partners on the creative content developed for the campaign.
Create inspiring digital products, including videos, infographics, photos, etc, that are fit for respective audiences and platforms.
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environments where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
Strengthen social media sites with visually appealing content, while also maintaining functionality, speed, accuracy, consistency of voice.
Develop standards, templates and guidelines to ensure consistent and coherent presentation of content.
Provide training in content writing to the communications team and partners within the campaign.
