Payroll Accountant

Position objective:
A Payroll Accountant is responsible to handle monthly salary calculation and do local and international reporting. 
Specific tasks and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

Responsible for preparing salary, advance, annual leave calculation
Responsible for distributing employees’ pay slips
Responsible for salary liability, receivables and expenses
Responsible for preparing and submitting SHI and PIT reports
Responsible for preparing salary journal entries
To adhere to internal and external deadlines
Help to prepare local and group reports
Ad hoc tasks required by direct Manager Formal knowledge and experience needed

Office Administrator

Position objective:
At Epiroc, we believe each of our employees wants to contribute and grow. “Epiroc Mongolia” LLC needs a strong, self-motivated person for the position Office Administrator. Target is to provide quality administration service to daily operation of the company’s head office reporting to Business Controller, “Epiroc Mongolia” LLC.
Specific tasks and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies           
Administer and purchase office stuff for the smooth running of the organization
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Welcome clients and customers, and provide them with necessary information including basic safety instruction showing the emergency exits and muster point (when needed) etc.
Work with delivery-postal services (DHL; TNT etc)
Accurate delivery and receipts of invoices and office letters
Provide business visa /single & multiple/ support for incoming guests, organize business trips for employees (invitation letters, tickets ordering, hotel reservation, transportation, to/from flights to site etc)
Responsible for organizing all the day-to-day activity (operation of telephones and office equipment)
Maintaining insurances, entering in IMS with expiry flag, follow up for extension
Prepare office letters, references, scan, file and send to designated people, or organizations
Maintaining files and databases related to commercial contracts and company policies and procedures
Assist in preparation of department budgets and expenses
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Ad hoc tasks as required by management and Business Controller
