• Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices and reconcile expenses to the general ledger.
• Calculate and post receipts to appropriate general ledger accounts and verify details of transactions, such as funds received and total accounts balances.
• Compile and sort documents, prepare and post invoices and credit and debit memos.
• Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including sales team.
• To ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner.
• Assist monthly and quarterly tax reports.
• Assist in the setting up of the electronic payment system.
• Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management.
• Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required.
• Monthly reconciliations of receivables-related ledger accounts
• Other duties as delegated from time to time by the Accounting Supervisor or any other personal designated in their absence.
• Ensure safety at the workplace.

• Degree qualification with +2 years of accounting/Finance experience in a full cycle computerized accounting environment.
• The position requires the incumbent to be analytical, efficient and detail-oriented with the ability to prepare complex reports, communicate effectively, and maintain good working relationships within all departments of Transwest Mongolia LLC.
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Requires excellent spreadsheet skills, as well as experience with computerized accounting systems.
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Communication skills at a highly proficient level, numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction and supervision to meet objectives.
