The responsibilities will entail but not be limited to: -
Allocate sales and operational plan to the responsible supermarkets and review the performances.
Monitor and continuously improve the branch stock purchase, stock variety, minimum appropriate stock level.
Increase the profitability of branches, cooperate and counsel with branch managers to improve the internal management.
Increase and improve the efficiency of branch employees, within the set objectives cooperate with other units, monitor the performances.
Renew supermarket’s service standards, increase the quality of product and services, implement a relevant service excellence project and enforce, collaborate to implement international best practices into the operation.

Required qualifications and skills:
Bachelor`s or master`s degree in Marketing on in Business Administration.
Some experience and knowledge of the market, sales and research planning.
Advanced English and computer skills.
Leadership and management skills (Teamwork, enthusiastic, work in fast pace and well performance)
Expertise and knowledge on implementation and enforcement of service standards and service culture.
It will be an advantage if have previous work experience in service and trading sector at a similar domestic or foreign organization.
