As a Deputy CEO, you will be leading a cross functional organization that continuously and sustainably delivers value to the stakeholders.
You will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy and KPI fulfillment of the company as well as being head of the leadership team. A central part of the role is to build strong relationships with and work closely with the CEO. Together with the CEO, you will prepare and present key documents in board and shareholder meetings.
As a Deputy CEO, you will be responsible for making the company business plans a reality by launching & running our strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with other leadership members to develop the most effective commercial, operational, and go-to-market launch strategies of the new initiatives to drive the best performance. After launch, you will continuously review the performance, and use your findings to improve the performance and adapt your execution model.
You will build, grow, and support a team of Business, Tech, Marketing, Risk & Compliance, Ops, Finance, and H&R talent through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and giving feedback.
