Service Associate – Storekeeper
Under the guidance and supervision of the Purchasing Manager – you will be responsible for storing and issuing and overall function of all food and beverage supplies
Key responsibilities:

Maintain an adequate inventory so that products are not out of stock between deliveries
Minimizing investment in inventory
Keeping accurate records of all transactions
Arranging and numbering all items in the storeroom
Knowledge of storeroom items that are being purchase so that can judge the quality if merchandise received
Ensuring that all storeroom areas are clean
Conducting a monthly inventory that should reconcile with the Cost Control Department
Perform all other duties assigned by Purchasing Manager

Front Office - Concierge

Service Associate – Front Office (Concierge)
Under the supervision of the Concierge Supervisor – you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, personal/unique requests and creating a favorable public image. You are required to give a positive first and last impression to guests. You will be entertaining guest whilst coordinating with your colleagues the concierge section with regard to their luggage, transportation details, mail / parcels and other personal guest requests. You will welcome and greet hotel guests entering and exiting the hotel premises, give accurate directions and necessary information to guests, assists with guest luggage and escort guests to the reception desk. You will also be assigned to call taxis for guests. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous service and Ensures a high level of Guest delight
Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedures
Builds relationship with guests to delight and gain loyalty.
Greets all incoming/outgoing guests.
Uses proper greetings at all times.
Be well verse with the daily arrival and the type of guests arriving
Escorts all the VIP’s, long staying guests and return guest to the room
Delivers messages, parcels, mail and newspapers effectively and undertake any other miscellaneous errands as necessary for guest comfort and convenience
Ensures that all concierge, bellman, doormen, club car driver and runner assist each other during peak time
Maintains the cleanliness of luggage room, trolleys and Concierge Counter
Maintains smooth traffic flow at lobby as well as driveway
Give accurate direction and necessary information for guests and issues taxi cards
Any other duties and responsibilities assign to Guest Service Assistant by EAM - Rooms, Front Office Manager, Guest Service Manager and Team Leader

Under the guidance and supervision of the Executive Assistant Manager – you are responsible in assisting the Front Office Manager for the administration and operation of the Front Office division to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for customers by ensuring the implementation of company standards to maximize profits, enforce quality standards, maintain high staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Under the supervision of the Guest Relations Manager with the guidance of the Guest Relations Supervisor – you are responsible for taking care of Golden Circle and VIP guests to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for customers by ensuring the implementation of company standards to maximize profits, enforce quality standards, maintain high staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be coordinating with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs and requests. You should assist hotel guests efficiently,
courteously and professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 


Excellent knowledge and practice in handling Guest Relations operations (i.e. VIP Check In and Out)




Ensures to follow and adhere to the company culture & standards/ requirements, guidelines & Shangri-La Experience established by the Hotel Deals with guests’ needs & inquiries, comments, feedback, guest complaints and implements corrective actions when needed.




Ensures a high level of Guest delight within the department and hotel.
Ensures strong guest recognition within the department and hotel.




Ensures Lobby presence is maintained and lobby is kept neat, cleaned and maintained at all times.




Ensures a smooth running of the department
Performs other duties as assigned by Service Manager –Guest Relations.

Under the guidance and supervision of the Executive Chef, you are responsible in assisting the Pastry Chef in driving the daily pastry kitchen operations ensuring a consistent implementation of company standards to maximize profits, enforce quality standards, maintain high staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 
Key responsibilities:  

Excellent knowledge in handling all day pastry kitchen operations
Ensures smooth operation in the Kitchen, proper product control & quantity of produced items
Provides supervision, coaching and training to all Pastry kitchen colleagues based on the company culture & standards/ requirements & guest engagement
Strong Knowledge on Pastry kitchen P&L Report, Budget Report, and Cost Control.
Knowledgeable on Recipe Writing, Ordering of Food & Store Room Requisitions
Ensure the highest level of food safety by strictly enforcing Shangri-La’s Food Safety Management System / HACCP guidelines
Handles guest feedback with regards to quality, variety of food and team’s performance & takes corrective actions based on their feed back
Maintains good relations with internal & external customers
