HSE Officer

Assist the HSE Manager in the ongoing development and improvement of the HSE Programme; Conduct HSE Inspections and Audits at the Project site in accordance with relevant schedules Assist/Coach Supervisors in conducting workplace inspections; Assist with the compilation of HSE reports where required Assist in the identification of HSE hazards and relevant controls Assist in the investigation of incidents and the determination of causes to prevent a recurrence where required Provide support for the development of training and promotional material to increase awareness regarding HSE matters. Deliver training where required Conduct BAC test daily and report to HSE Manager Conduct weekly Toolbox meetings; Develop and conduct Project HSE inductions; Compile and maintain all required HSE project documentation; Assist employees in the development and writing of JHAs;

SMP Engineer /Шугам хоолойн угсралтын инженер

Manage construction and piping works Plan & coordinate construction activities Resolve engineering problems that may arise during construction and installation Liaise with Client, statutory authorities and technical representatives from other organizations as needed. Liaise with the other Site Engineers and Supervisors to ensure proper coordination of the site engineering including providing records and reports on all activities or non-conformances. Assist in the programming of all site engineering activities with the Planning Team and Project Engineer. Ensure key dates are achieved for preparation and submission (where appropriate) of quality procedures, inspection, and test plans etc. Carry out random spot checks on product quality being achieved and report results/make suggestions for improvements, if appropriate Initiate all necessary sampling and testing. Maintain and report daily production of on-site works. Develop quality documentation such as ITP’s/ITS’s

Human Resources Officer-Site based, Project Duration

Ensure compliance with the relevant policies, procedures, standards, codes and legislative requirements;  Ensuring all HR activities comply with relevant laws and government acts, legal and procedural demands and ethical standards;  Advise department managers on human resources processes;   Effective communication with all stakeholders on human resources and employee relations matters;  Advise department managers on incident investigation and disciplinary action;  Liaise with client on approval of hiring new employee, change of employees’ work conditions (salary, roster, etc)  Support HR Manager by administering remuneration policies and employment contracts for Mongolian staff and preparing remuneration, reviewing the information to enable management to conduct reviews effectively;  Develop and maintain good levels of communication with all personnel;  Supervise and mentor administration officers to meet expectation and achieve team goals;  Effective liaison with head office personnel on issues relating to payroll, accounts, HR and other administrative activities;  Prepare monthly HR reports to clients / UBHO HR department as measured by accuracy and compliance to reporting standards;  Maintain and update project organizational chart;   Conduct exit interviews with departing employees;  Organize employee engagement activities.
